Shan xi Jinbo forging and pressing products Co.,Ltd. is a professional enterprise engaged in the production of high-quality ring forgings. It is located in Cuijiazhuang Industrial Park, Dingxiang County, known as the "hometown of forging". The company covers an area of 60000 square meters and has a team of over 120 employees, forming an excellent collaborative team.
The main production equipment includes one D52K-5000mm CNC ring rolling machine, one D51-2000mm ring rolling machine, one D51-3000mm ring rolling machine, two 3000mm and two 4000mm natural gas heating furnaces, two 3m × 4m electric heating treatment furnaces, and more than 100 production machining equipment with precision machining capabilities.
Equipped with various precision testing equipment such as raw material analysis, physical and chemical performance testing, and metallographic structure analysis.
The registered capital of the company is 60 million yuan, and its main products include wind power flanges, petrochemical flanges, heavy-duty rings, forgings, shaft components, etc. The annual production capacity is 30000 tons. The products are widely used in wind power, shipbuilding, mechanical equipment, petrochemical equipment, pressure vessels, boilers, nuclear power, chemical industry, oil fields, refinery construction and other fields. It has joined the network members of Sinopec and PetroChina and become a qualified supplier, serving as a supporting company for many domestic heavy-duty machinery manufacturers.
At present, the company has obtained special equipment pressure vessel flange production license, ISO9001 certification, 14001 environmental management system certification, HSE health, safety and environmental management system certification, 45001 occupational health and safety management system, weapon and equipment quality management system and other certificates.
